Leeds fans spot incredible Marcelo Bielsa tactic… he has done this before
LEEDS fans noted that Marcelo Bielsa has used the tactic that enabled Pablo Hernandez to score his first against Millwall before.
Leeds: Marcelo Bielsa reacts to 3-2 win against Millwall
Leeds beat the Lions 3-2 at the weekend with Hernandez netting twice after Patrick Bamford had missed a penalty.
It means the Elland Road outfit are currently second in the Championship, five points behind leaders Norwich.
Hernandez levelled for Leeds on Saturday after Ben Thompson had put Millwall in front.
The move started on the left before a few neat passes saw the ball at Luke Ayling’s feet on the right.
And he expertly pulled it back for Hernandez to sweep home.
It was a move that Bielsa has used before, with Leeds fans quick to spot the incredible similarity to a goal scored by Chile in 2008.
Bielsa was coach of Chile over a decade ago when Fabian Orellana netted in a 1-0 win over Argentina.
It followed a move remarkably similar to that which Leeds used against Millwall, transferring the ball from the left over to the right.

Leeds fans were quick to praise boss Bielsa, with one posting on social media: “Bielsa, the Best!!!”
Another added: “Take a look at this...that's why it's Bielsaball. Love that man”
And Bielsa himself praised his two-goal hero.

“Pablo’s a leader,” he said. "He's not a leader who likes to talk a lot or likes to shows it but he’s usually the one who asks for the ball and for balls which are difficult to receive.
“He tries to take the risks which are hard for a player to take. Pablo is someone who gives you the possibility to change a normal attack to one which creates a chance.
"He always keeps the feeling that we can hurt the opponent every time.”
