Alexis Sanchez looks determined after hearing team news as Man Utd players arrive
ALEXIS SANCHEZ starts for Manchester United against Leicester today and the forward looked like he is ready for the game when arriving at the King Power Stadium.
Sanchez has struggled for first-team opportunities at Manchester United in recent weeks.
New manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has not been afraid to dump the Chilean on the bench.
That is despite Sanchez earning an eye-watering £500,000 a week at Old Trafford.
The former Arsenal gem has been named as a starter for United’s trip to Leicester today (14:15 kick off).
And the forward had his game face on when arriving with his team-mates.
Sanchez was snapped looking serious as he headed to the away dressing room this afternoon.
Anthony Martial was an injury worry ahead of the game and Solskjaer has decided to go with Sanchez instead.
Solskjaer has, however, been able to start Paul Pogba - despite the Manchester United midfielder also carrying an injury in training this week.
“I thought I was going to have to take Paul off [Pogba] just when Burnley scored the second goal because he got a knock,” the manager said.
“He did well to run it off and I think he’s okay.
“We’ve not trained since, we’ve just been doing recovery.
“I think he’ll be okay and Anthony [Martial] hopefully will be okay for the weekend.”
