Chelsea transfer news: Italian journalist claims Juventus could make Gary Cahill bid
CHELSEA defender Gary Cahill could be on his way to Juventus.
That’s according to a report by Corriere dello sport journalist Alfredo Pedula.
Cahill has been out of favour this season at Stamford Bridge, barely playing since Maurizio Sarri’s arrival.

Juventus have already failed in an attempt to lure Andreas Christensen away from Chelsea and will now look to their experienced centre-back.
Pedula reports that the injuries of Leonardo Bonucci and Giogrio Chillieni has forced Allegri to look elsewhere for reinforcements.
Only Daniele Rugani is available at centre back for Juve, meaning Cahill could be an option.
Chelsea are reportedly willing to let the Blues stalwart go, but they’ve had no official approach from the Italian champions just yet.
Last year, Cahill spoke about his future, stating he wanted to leave because of a lack of playing time.
“I don’t want to jump the gun but, as things stand, probably yes,” he said when asked about whether he wanted to leave.
“Sometimes you have to make tough decisions.
“I did that when I was at Villa all those years ago.
“If I had been patient maybe I would’ve played in that first team but I wanted to take the decision to go and play regularly.
“As it is, I’m not enjoying things.”
Cahill has enjoyed a glittering career with Chelsea, winning seven major honours in his time with the club.
Two Premier League titles, two FA Cups, a League Cup, a Europa League and a Champions League fill Cahill’s now-glittering CV.
The likes of Fulham, Crystal Palace and AC Milan have all been linked with Cahill this January window.
