SKY SPORTS man Martin Tyler revealed what he'd been told by Manchester United insiders while commentating on the win over Tottenham.
Man United: Premier League side trains in Dubai
Tyler had seemingly discussed what went on at Manchester United's mid-season break in Dubai last week with those close to the club.
And the insiders say it was like a 'mini pre-season' for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's players.
"It was lttle bit of a mini pre-season - a mini, mini pre-season - in Dubai, so we are told by Manchester United insiders," he said.
"The players needed miles put in their legs, really."

Whatever went on during the mid-season break it appeared to work as United beat Spurs 1-0 at Wembley.
Marcus Rashford scored the only goal as United made it six wins from six under the Norwegian, who was coming up against the man who's favourite to be appointed permanently - Mauricio Pochettino.
Rashford ran on to an inch-perfect long pass from Paul Pogba to smash home Manchester United's winner late on in the first half.
A jubilant Pogba said: "It was very important. It was a big test.
Man United vs Spurs: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reacts to 1-0 victory
"We needed the points and Tottenham needed the points.
"We're really proud.
"It's a great ball but we've been training on this. We knew it was a weakness of Tottenham's when they were attacking on one side.
"We needed to get high and attack the opposite side. He makes a great run and I try to give him the perfect pass.
"Top four is what we want. We have to keep it up."
