Ramsey is not short of admirers with Real Madrid, Juventus, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and Paris Saint Germain are all interested.
And from January 1, he is able to sign a pre-contract agreement with foreign clubs.
Speaking at the Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai, Paratici was asked about the speculation surrounding Ramsey and said: “Aaron Ramsey is a great player, for many years at great levels.
"[He] plays in a great team and now that's enough.
“His contract is expiring and we’re always alerted to situations that the market offers.
“But at the moment he’s an Arsenal player, we’ll see... “
Ramsey scored just his third goal of the season on Tuesday’s 4-1 win over Fulham.
But Arsenal coach Unai Emery does not expect him to leave in January.
"At the moment he is working with us and I think yes [he will stay until the end of the season]," the Spaniard told reporters.
"He worked very well in Liverpool. Today [Tuesday] he played 15 minutes and he scored.
“He helped us for confidence and to earn a good result. I want from him this focus when he is playing."
Celebrity Arsenal fan Piers Morgan laughed off claims Europe’s top clubs could be interested in Ramsey.
He wrote on Twitter: "Could every single person in the world who genuinely believes Aaron Ramsey is currently being ‘hotly pursued’ by Real Madrid, Juventus, PSG, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan & Barcelona please raise their right hand?”
