West Ham: Arnautovic WILL look for move says Dean Ashton
Manchester United manager Mourinho has been backed to land West Ham’s Arnautovic with the Red Devils in sore need of attacking stardust.
Despite having the likes of Anthony Martial, Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez and Marcus Rashford at their disposal, United have endured a nightmare campaign in front of goal.
United have scored just 20 goals from their first 13 Premier League matches - exactly half the amount of Pep Guardiola’s swashbuckling Manchester City.
Martial is the club’s top scorer across all competitions, having found the net seven times so far - but Lukaku, Sanchez and Rashford have just seven strikes between them.
Arnautovic, over at West Ham, has impressed since joining from Stoke in the summer of 2017.
The Mirror say United are eager to land the Austria international.
And they claim Mourinho has a secret reason for craving the arrival of the 29-year-old.
It is said the United boss feels Arnautovic can act as a catalyst for some of the younger players in his squad.

Despite their impressive abilities, Rashford, Martial and Lukaku all appear to lack maturity.
Mourinho recently said he believed as much by hinting certain players in his squad lacked the hunger to succeed.
And the Mirror say that, at 29, Arnautovic can represent an experienced figurehead for his side.
United’s attack benefitted from the presence of Zlatan Ibrahimovic in Mourinho’s first season at the club.
