Bolt prediction
Usain Bolt is backing Manchester United to beat Juventus tonight.
"I think it’ll be a great match," Bolt told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"Two great teams will face each other on the most important stage, with great history and pride. Juventus are doing great in Serie A and the results haven’t been good for United so far, but I remain confident.
"Man United are playing at home so they have a certain advantage. Playing at Old Trafford or away is not the same thing.
"I can’t see a match with many goals, so we’ll say 1-0. I think it’ll end 1-0 to United. I have a lot of respect for Cristiano Ronaldo, huge respect for what he’s done on the pitch."
Allegri on Ronaldo
Juventus head coach Max Allegri was branded Cristiano Ronaldo “the best striker is the world” as he prepares to face his former club Manchester United.
Ronaldo was the most expensive player in world football when he swapped United for Real Madrid in an £80m deal in 2009.
Now at Juve, Allegri said of his Portugal star: “Cristiano is the best striker in the world who doesn’t play as a striker.
“So the others need to be good at understanding where he’s going to go and occupying other spaces.”
Mourinho on Ronaldo
Jose Mourinho discussed Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of Manchester United’s Champions League clash with Juventus tonight.
And the Portuguese manager admits he is aware how much Ronaldo wants to beat his former club.
“I know how much he loves Manchester United. I know that, but I also know how much he wanted to win here and score against Manchester United and win against Manchester United, because he did that with Real,” Mourinho said.
“He scored and they won. So, it will be more of the same on Tuesday. The fans will show the respect he deserves. He will show that to the fans, too. I know that he really loves the club but when the ball starts rolling, he wants to score and he wants to win.”
Man Utd team leak?
Manchester United have been frustrated in recent weeks by two leaks of their team plans before big games.
And has it happened again ahead of their Champions League tie with Juventus tonight?
RMC in France claim Anthony Martial will definitely start for United at Old Trafford. The report comes after Mourinho fumed at details of his plans for Juan Mata against Chelsea on Saturday emerged on social media.
United’s plans were also supposedly leaked to West Ham before the Red Devils’ 3-1 defeat to them earlier in the season.
Alonso with Mourinho at Madrid
Real Madrid want Liverpool legend Xabi Alonso to team up with Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid.
That is according to OK Diario editor Eduardo Inda, who reckons the Mourinho-Alonso combination is what Real’s directors are after.
“(Mourinho’s) intention, today, is that Xabi Alonso is his second. It's Mou's idea in his head,” Inda said on El Chiringuito.
Alonso played under Mourinho at Real and won the Champions League there in 2014.

Mourinho to Real Madrid
Jose Mourinho is wanted at Real Madrid and the Bernabeu club have already made contact, according to Spanish newspaper El Pais.
Mourinho is under pressure at Manchester United but still has plenty of time remaining on his contract.
El Pais claim the Portuguese boss is ready to sweat it out until United sack him.
He will then be approached by Real, when themselves are all set to sack Julen Lopetegui.
Ronaldo speaks out
Cristiano Ronaldo has spoken about his admiration for ex-Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson ahead of Juventus’ clash with the Red Devils tonight.
“(I am) emotional, I can remember what it was like when I was at Manchester,” he told reporters. “I won lots of trophies here. I remember the support as well, the support was fantastic.
“Here I have many memories of victories and affection and in particular with Sir Alex Ferguson, to whom I send a big hug.
“He is a person who helped me so much."
