James Nesbitt’s character DI Harry Clayton was left in a bad way in the finale of Lucky Man’s second season.
After Eve (played by Sienna Guillory) finally stole the lucky bracelet from Harry, she appeared to launch the magical trinket into the River Thames.
And although fans were left on this heartbreaking cliffhanger, things are about to get even worse for Harry.
It has been announced Harry will have even more problems in the upcoming third season as he will be put up against his very own nemesis.
Rupert Penry-Jones has been cast as Samuel Blake, a villain who has embarked on a lifelong mission to acquire the lucky bracelets for his evildoings.
While Harry does not currently have his bracelet, he will surely be target number one when Blake arrives on scene to acquire what he thinks is rightfully his.
Rupert recently spoke about his inclusion in the series and said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the cast of Lucky Man for an exciting third series.
“The conniving Samuel Blake is a great character to play who offers all the action, destruction and rivalry you can expect from a classic Stan Lee villain!”
However Harry will not be left in London looking for his bracelet, as he will venture to Hong Kong to discover the secret behind the mystical charm.
But Harry won’t be safe there either, as he becomes enthralled in a world filled with underworld characters who are looking for more than his bracelet.

On the change of scenery, James commented: “Stan Lee's Lucky Man is such an exciting series to make and the scripts for this season are brilliant.
“Harry Clayton’s luck is running out which throws up some interesting storylines. And also takes him, and me, to Hong Kong - the perfect setting for Stan Lee mayhem!”
As tensions continue to rise throughout the series, Harry may find himself between multiple evils as he tries to reclaim the power of luck.
But will Blake find his way to the power of the bracelet before Harry does?
Alternatively, could the pair both find new luck powers, leaving them to battle in the streets?
If the pair embark on a classic hero and villain rivalry, could their mass use of powers attract other superpowered beings from the Marvel universe?
Marvel’s Agents of Shield follows SHIELD, an organisation which protects the public from super powers.
Could the Agents appear in upcoming Lucky Man episodes to tackle the upcoming Samuel Blake arc?
Lucky Man season 3 is expected to begin in July on Sky One.
