13 REASONS WHY shocked viewers when it was released by Netflix back in March of last year, and it has now added a delicate warning to the beginning of the first season ahead of the official release date.

Netflix is expected to release the second season of its hard hitting teenage drama 13 Reasons Why later on this year – although an official release date is yet to be confirmed.
The controversial series was met with some outrage after the first season was released, as it dealt with tough subjects such as rape and suicide.
Ahead of the second season, and after last year’s drama, Netflix has placed a warning on the show.
The video warning message sees cast members highlighting the issues deal with in the show, and giving advice to viewers.

Included in the video is Dylan Minnette, Katherine Langford, Alisha Boe, and Justin Prentice.
Bryce Walker actor Justin reveals the show tackles “tough, real world issues.”
Alisha, who plays Jessica Davis, said: “If you are struggling with these issues yourself, this series may not be right for you, or you may want to watch it with a trusted adult.”
Dylan, who plays Clay, echoed: “If you ever feel you need someone to talk with, reach out to a friend.
“Call a helpline, or go to 13reasonswhy.info.”

In May last year the 13 Reasons Why Twitter revealed a teaser trailer for the second season.
The Netflix Twitter account revealed what they knew about the second season shortly after.
They said: “We’ll see others’ perspectives on Hannah’s story. Jessica’s story will continue as she tries to recover and return to normal life.

“There will be a narrator, but it won’t be hannah - no more tapes. The season will explore ‘the way we raise boys up into men and the way we treat girls and women in our culture - and what we could do better in both cases’.
“Bryce will hopefully get what’s coming to him.”
Fans have been speculating that Tyler Down’s (played by Devin Druid) will be continued in the next season.
13 Reasons Why season 2 is due to be released on Netflix in 2018.
