Emmerdale: Joseph tracks down Simon
Emmerdale’s resident billionaire businessman has made it his mission to find out who threw the corrosive liquid in Ross’ (played by Mike Parr) face earlier this year.
Joseph’s (Ned Porteous) new sidekick revealed that he had tracked down the mystery figure in CCTV footage from Robert’s office, which had been deleted.
In the final moments of tonight’s episode, he told Joseph: “I’ve been showing those CCTV images around,” before handing over a piece of paper, noting: “An address.”
Joseph looked confused as he failed to recognise the name of the mystery figure.
“Who’s this guy?” he asked.
His new sidekick replied: “Some dealer. He’s done a couple of stretches for possession and assault.”
“A drug dealer?” Joseph quizzed. “That doesn’t make any sense.”
He then revealed his plan to pay the mystery man a visit and see what he has to say for himself.

Emmerdale: Simon will make a shock return to the village
Fans of the ITV soap know that Simon McManus (Liam Ainsworth) is set for a shock return following Cain Dingle’s (Jeff Hordley) warning that he should stay away from the village.
Joseph will come face-to-face with Ross’ attacker in upcoming episodes but will he learn that Debbie (Charley Webb) had planned for him to be the victim?
A sneak preview of Tuesday night’s episode shows Joseph stun Simon as he arrives on his doorstep.
It certainly looks as though Debbie is in trouble as Simon looks set to spill the details of her involvement.

Emmerdale: Rebecca White faces losing her baby son Seb
Elsewhere in the village, Rebecca White (Emily Head) looks set to lose custody of her baby son Seb.
In tonight’s instalment she left the infant in his cot to head to the shops for painkillers.
Unfortunately, she left a frying pan on which led to the house filling with smoke.
Luckily for mother and baby, Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) spotted the smoke and managed to save the youngster.
Emmerdale airs weekdays on ITV at 7pm.
