'Tuck in' Eamonn interrupts birthday parties debate with snacks
Eamonn and Ruth Langsford were joined by Roma Ali this morning, who brought the debate of kids birthday parties to the famous sofa.
She argued that parents ought to pay for their children to attend birthday parties, in order to reimburse the parents.
Writer Liat Hughes Joshi disagreed with this notion, saying that parents shouldn’t be punished for allowing their children to attend parties.
For the debate, This Morning’s table was decorated for a party, all set with party poppers, snacks, and cakes.
This Morning: Eamonn was distracted in today's show
During the discussion, Eamonn became distracted and picked up a bowl of onion rings in front of him.
Offering them to Ruth, he mumbled: “Would you like an onion ring?”
“No, thank you,” she absently replied, swatting his offer away.
“There’s plenty here, tuck in when you want,” he said, whilst putting a handful of crisps in his mouth.

Towards the end of the interview, things became heated, and the guests began to argue.
Noticing the tensions escalating, Eamonn commented: “The main thing is as long the kids have fun.”
Grabbing a plate of snacks, he walked around the table and offered the guests some party food.
