Game of Thrones season 8 spoilers: Tyrion Lannister to DIE after betraying Daenerys?
GAME OF THRONES may still be over a year away but fans have gone into overdrive trying to guess how the hit HBO series will end.
Game of Thrones season 8 spoiler: Tyrion Lannister to DIE after betraying Daenerys?
Footage appears to show Game Of Thrones set on FIRE
Now, viewers are certain that they have worked out the fate of Tyrion Lannister (played by Peter Dinklage) due to his brother Jaime’s (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) decision to head to Winterfell to join the fight against the Night King (Vladimir Furdik).
Jaime’s arrival in the north would mean that the siblings are reunited but it might not be as happy as they’d hope due to the Lannister rivalry with the Starks.
Fans will remember that in the first ever episode, Jaime pushed Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) out of a window when he was caught having sex with his sister Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey).
Many are convinced that when Jaime arrives in Winterfell pledging his allegiance to Jon Snow (Kit Harington) and Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke), he will cause a rift between the Mother of Dragons and Tyrion.

Reddit user chitowngirl12 mused: “What if the following happens, Bran finally remembers that Jaime pushed him out of the window and Jaime isn’t greeted at Winterfell with flowers but rather ends up being imprisoned for it.
“Tyrion chooses his family over Daenerys and saves his brother (like the reverse of Jaime saving him in season four).”
They believe that Tyrion’s actions would lead to Daenerys having her advisor killed as punishment.
Others agreed adding that Tyrion would be keen to help Jaime after watching him almost being burned to death in season seven episode four, The Spoils of War.

Furthermore, the Imp would not want to see his brother killed knowing that Cersei is expecting his child.
It certainly wouldn’t be surprising if Tyrion chose to help his family over Daenerys in a fit of rage after he was seen watching the Khaleesi and the King in the North enjoy a night of passion in the season seven finale.
Earlier this week, Lena, who stars as Cersei, opened up about filming the finale series, admitting it was “pretty surprising” when she found out how it ended.
“I can tell you that we had a giant read-through with all the cast in October,” she told Mashable.

“And I think pretty much everybody cried at one point. It was pretty surprising.”
Lena went on to add that she’s “good” with the ending, explaining: “You know, it’s been an amazing journey, and I’ve enjoyed every second of it.
“I still sort of can’t believe the enormity of it, and it’s changed my life in spectacular ways, so I’m ever grateful for that opportunity.”
Game of Thrones will return to Sky Atlantic in 2019.
