The character, played by Emma Atkins, was arrested alongside Debbie Dingle, after taking revenge on Joseph Tate.
In the shocking episode, the pair trashed Joe’s house as payback after the evil character evicted Debbie from her home.
And as police detained the mother-and-daughter duo at the scene, Charity revealed that she’d left the villain a foul message.
Walking out of the property, she declared: “You might want to leave it five minutes before you go in there.”

Charity and Debbie Dingle were soon rumbled by evil Joe Tate who arrived while the pair were leaving
The feisty businesswoman proceeded to graffiti a To Let sign with an “I” in the middle - dropping a huge hint about what she’d left behind.
The Dingles were released on bail later in the episode, and the unwanted gift soon returned to the topic of conversation, when Cain Dingle announced that Charity had “dropped a load”.
The co-owner of The Woolpack replied: “Well, when you gotta go, you gotta go.”
