The straight-talking judge gave stars like Brooke Vincent and Candice Brown strict orders to avoid getting jiggy over the festive period.
Jason also urged the contestants to steer clear of alcohol and too much food.
He warned: “They need to avoid alcohol, any overindulgence on Christmas Day and sex.
“Absolutely no sex. It drains you of your chi,” he added.

While some may think he is joking, the 46-year-old has insisted he means what he says: “I’m being serious. Like boxers, they will have to abstain. I’m going to.”
The choreographer also admitted he will be tough on the contestants, despite their celebrity status.
“I don’t see them as celebrities. When you first meet them, they are all very cool,” Jason told The Sun.
“It’s mainly everyone around them that gets offended — ‘I can’t believe you just said that’ — but they are just people and they want to be treated evenly and equally in this competition.”

Elsewhere, professional skaters Jayne Torvill, 60, and Christopher Dean, 59, who coached previous contestants on the show, will now sit on the judging panel with Jason.
Speaking about the change, Jason said: “It’s going to be very difficult to sit there and argue with your idols. But, at the end of the day they are on my panel.
“It’s going to be tough, I’m not going to lie, but I won’t bow down to them if I think they are wrong.”
Dancing on Ice returns to ITV on January 7 at 6pm.
