Coronation Street's Anna Windass: I need to find evidence
The latest instalment of Coronation Street saw Anna Windass (played by Debbie Rush) flee custody following her hearing.
Anna has been wrongly imprisoned for attacking Seb Franklin (Harry Visinoni), as part of Pat Phelan’s (Connor McIntyre) plan to get her out of the cobbles for good.
However, while waiting in a hospital after having an allergic reaction to the medication she was taking, Anna seized the moment to make a run for it and headed straight for Roy Cropper’s (David Neilson) flat.
While the police continued to hunt the fugitive down, she received some welcomed visitors in Gary (Mikey North) and Faye Windass (Ellie Leach).

Diverting any suspicions, Gary told his neighbours he was simply helping Roy put up the Christmas decorations.
While the red herring understandably got past the residents of Weatherfield, fans of the ITV soap thought the police should have probably cottoned on to Anna’s whereabouts a bit sooner.
"So Anna is wandering about on the street where she lives, & no Police have even bothered to look there for her first?! #Corrie," asked one bemused audience member, which was followed by: “The police need to go to the opticians they might have missed seeing Anna on her own doorstep. #Corrie."
