THE APPRENTICE finalists Sarah Lynn and James White turn on each other as the competition heats up in the final boardroom meeting on tonight’s episode.
The Apprentice: Elizabeth McKenna is FIRED
The pair have formed a close bond following 12 weeks of torturous tasks on the BBC series, but after being whittled down to the final two and losing their other close friends Michaela Wain and Elizabeth McKenna, they finally come to blows over the lucrative £250,000 investment from billionaire business mogul Lord Alan Sugar.
Sarah, 35, declares: “I’ve grown that business on my own. I’ve got those sales in, £430,000 while working… and while being a full-time mum.”
Shocked at the comments, James, 26, fired back: “If my business was going for seven years I’d have scaled it a lot quicker. My investment will be spent on people. These people will be earning money from day one, I’m hungry for this.
“This is everything I know.”

You don’t take risks
Seemingly impressed by the candidates’ drive to become his business partner, Lord Sugar, 70, doesn’t try to break up the back and forth at first.
“I think, Lord Sugar, if I was looking at us as two candidates, it’s the difference between an employee and an entrepreneur,” Sarah tells him, as a furious James clarifies: “An entrepreneur with £400,000 turnover.”
The candidates continue to throw fire at each other, desperate to come out as the ultimate winner, with James going as far as to criticise his competitor’s character.
“You don’t take risks,” he accuses.

“Everything is in place to use this money wisely. Not make rookie mistakes, not make naive statements. There’s no USPs in the recruitment business, everything about it is naive,” the impressive businesswoman assures.
Viewers don’t have to long to wait to see who will be crowned Lord Sugar’s business partner, but who will he choose?
The Apprentice final airs tonight at 9pm on BBC One.
