THE APPRENTICE viewers were left in shock after Lord Alan Sugar stunned the boardroom with one comment on tonight’s episode.

The latest instalment of the BBC series saw the business mogul send the teams on a task related to his 70th birthday, sourcing items for a fictional party as well as being forced to use their logistical mindset.
What followed was another colossal loss for team Vitality, the boys’ team, after they failed to acquire a number of the allotted objects.
The Lord paused, however, when he discovered that the team had failed to understand where to get a Rugelach - a Jewish cake - from, as candidate Charles Burns was Jewish himself.
Poking fun at their lack of knowledge, Lord Sugar asked him: “You’re Jewish and you didn’t know what a Rugelach was?

Stunned, a number of the team-members were so shocked at their potential business-partner’s joke they desperately tried to hide their sniggering.
Taking to Twitter, one person commented: “LordSirAlan making a circumcision joke. *barfs* #TheApprentice [sic].”
“‘What do you think it was, something they cut off your willy’ - Lord Sugar to Charles. I’m dead #TheApprentice,” another said.

Some people found Lord Sugar’s change of pace hilarious, as one person wrote: “He made a circumcision joke. Evening made! #TheApprentice”
Lord Sugar had also briefly debated firing Charles' sub team leader Harrison Jones, but luckily for the remaining candidates, he told them he was “in a good mood”.
