The 57-year-old professional dancer replaced head judge Len Goodman, 73, at the beginning of the 2017 cycle, taking her place alongside Craig Revel Horwood, 52, Darcey Bussell, 48, and Bruno Tonioli, 61.
Whilst her sharp eye for technical detail and constructive criticism has proved popular with Strictly Come Dancing fans, Shirley has now admitted that she struggles to think about returning for a second series at this point.
Asked about whether she knew if she would be coming back, the Queen of Latin told press including Express.co.uk: "Not yet."

Pausing, she added: "Let's just get through this one first!"
Shirley insisted that she was enjoying being a judge so far, saying: "I will just take one day at a time."
