The Girls Aloud singer broke down during Sunday's show after being called an "attention seeker" by fellow housemate Jemma Lucy, 28.
Now it has emerged that Sarah, 35, has apparently been seeking time with the show's professionals, and is allowed time away from the house.
A source revealed: "She's been spending time talking to the professional team and is being given time away from the other housemates.
"She is finding it tough living with so many other people because she usually lives alone.

There are real concerns, they don't want to push her too far
"No one wants her to walk out so it's about trying to get her through these difficult times.
"There are real concerns, they don't want to push her too far," an insider told The Sun.
Big Brother has since rubbished the reports, telling Express.co.uk: "Big Brother constantly monitors housemates and their behaviour."
This comes after Brandi Glanville, 44, called Sarah's stability into question during a truth-revealing task.
It naturally didn't go down well with the pop star, who sobbed to Big Brother in the Diary Room: "I'm used to being here on my own, not in a loud group of kids, who act like kids, constantly being told off by you guys.
"I can't deal with them, and I don't know what Jemma's problem is, I've been nothing but nice to her and now all of a sudden she's completely switched on me and they're all in this kind of, b**chy little click," she explained.
Celebrity Big Brother airs nightly on Channel 5.
