Chad Johnson is an Oklahoma-born American star embarking on his fourth reality show in less than two years.
The 29-year-old found fame last year after an eventful stint on The Bachelorette and then The Bachelor in Paradise, which gave him TV villain status and the nickname “Bad Chad”.
The unlucky-in-love contestant was then booted off the latter show for his “verbal abuse” towards the crew and other unsuspecting contestants.
Network producers weren’t put off from hiring the unpredictable contestant however, as Chad made it on to a further show earlier this year - Famously Single.

Chad didn’t always dream of being a TV personality however, as he used to be a US Marine and also had a career in luxury real estate.
“Bad Chad” addressed the negativity about his on-screen persona on his website, Real Chad Johnson, citing the loss of his mother for his attitude towards others.
“The year leading up to my debut on The Bachelorette was the toughest year of my life. My mom lost her battle with cancer. She was the kindest person I’ve ever known and my best friend.
“I’m still healing from the passing of my mom, but want to start a family of my own someday,” he explained.

The star also hinted to what viewers can expect from him on the the Channel 5 show, saying: “When I’m on a reality show it is 10X better.
“Mixing a guy like me with a bunch of dudes with wussy tendencies is bound to be good TV!” he promised, adding that he’s “not accustomed to overly-sensitive types”.
