HE WAS part of the very popular Timmins family on Neighbours but Stingray's time on the Australian soap was short-lived. Now, 11 years after he made his last appearance he's all grown up and looks incredible.

Fans spot mistakes in Neighbours new opening titles
Ben Nicholas shot to fame as the troubled teen in 2004 when he joined the soap but despite the role being a "dream come true" he decided to leave just four years later.
Despite his short stint on Neighbours, he certainly had his fair share of drama.
Stingray was introduced as Toadfish Rebecchi's (played by Ryan Moloney) cousin and went on to date Rachel Kinski (Caitlin Stasey), Serena Bishop (Lara Sacher) and Sky Mangel (Stephanie McIntosh).
He was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder before developing a destructive drinking problem.

Ben's decision to leave Neighbours came in 2006 when he learned that his co-star Damien Bodie, who starred as Dylan Timmins, was quitting.
Stingray was written out of the soap after he died giving a life-saving bone marrow transplant to his baby niece, Kerry.
While the actor may have left the soap just over a decade ago he is still very much a part of the entertainment industry.

He went on to star in a number of films including Footballer Wants A Wife and Waste of Time.
The 29-year-old also took part in several theatre productions Jack and the Beanstalk, Oliver! and Mamma Mia!
Neighbours airs weekdays on Channel 5 at 1.45pm.
