Eurovision 2017: Viewers left FURIOUS as BBC fail to air live proposal during semi-finals
EUROVISION fans around the world last night witnessed the singing extravagaza's first ever live marriage proposal, but British fans were left fuming as the BBC failed to show the clip.
Macedonian couple get engaged LIVE on Eurovision
Macedonia’s Jana and the millions at home watched as her boyfriend Aleksander got down on one knee and asked her to marry him, in scenes that were sure to warm the hearts of Europe.
While the singing competition has seen some pretty remarkable things over the years, this was arguably one of the show’s most romantic moments in history.
In her pre-performance postcard, Jana also revealed that she was pregnant as she was seen shopping for baby clothes after having an ultrasound.
Unfortunately, the hopeful didn't make it through to tomorrow night's grand final, but UK viewers seemed more irritated that they missed the romantic proposal, having to find out the happy news on social media instead.
