On the latest instalment of the hunt to find Britain's best pastry chefs, five new teams were tasked with making 72 uniform miniatures.
However, Mark's team from Dorset got into trouble early on when one of the hopefuls sliced open his thumb with a knife.
The baker had to take a few minutes out while he had the gaping wound strapped up by an on-site medic before returning to the task in hand.
However, as the group brought their offerings up to the table to be judged, Cherish noticed something was not quite right with one of the miniatures, a traditional strawberry dessert known as a fraisier.
