POINTLESS host Alexander Armstrong has seemingly revealed that he doesn't keep in touch with his sidekick Richard Osman.
Alexander and Richard joke about not being friends on Pointless
The 47-year-old show presenter made the remarks during tonight's episode of the show, and 46-year-old Osman confirmed that the story was indeed true.
The Pointless answer read: "Former Democrat Vice President shared the 2007 Nobel Peace prize for his work to raise climate change awareness."
As the contestant went with the answer "Al Gore", Osman revealed a new fact, saying: "His roommate was Tommy Lee Jones."
Armstrong replied: "They've sort of kept in touch. They're friends still aren't they? I guess as you would."

It was then that the pair made the remarks about their own friendship outside of the studio filming.
Osman continued: "Of course you would. It's quite cool, isn't it?
"If you were the Vice President of the United States I'd keep in touch with you."
He added: "As it is, we don't keep in touch."

Armstrong added that the pair had "drifted apart", explaining: "No we don't. I know! We've drifted apart. We really have. I haven't seen you for years, 25 years or something?"
Osman then joked: "We have since university, yes! I know, weird. I wonder what you're up to?"
