Countryfile: Tom Heap reads a Brexit bedtime story
Looking cosy by a warm fire, the 52-year-old presenter had an open book on his lap exploring what UK agriculture will look like from outside the European Union.
Speaking about the future of farming from a "fantastical land of butter mountains and wine lakes", viewers couldn't help but notice the similarities to Tom Hardy's CBeebies performance - once they had looked past the copious amount of Brexit mentions.
Fans of the BBC show instantly took to social media following Heap's unusual story time.
One viewer tweeted: "@BBCCountryfile In that case can we have Tom Hardy on #countryfile?"
