When is Red Nose Day 2017?
Comic Relief's biggest fundraising event - Red Nose Day - will take place today on Friday March 24 this year.
The charity's live event at the O2 in London will be broadcast live on BBC One between 7pm and 10pm.
Comic Relief's telethon will once again feature short films, sketches, comedy specials and cameos by famous actors and musicians.

BBC Radio 2 DJ Sarah Cox has already joined the charity drive by hosting a 24-hour dance marathon in which she raised more than £905,000.

What is Comic Relief?
In 1985 Richard Curtis and comedian Lenny Henry set up the charity Comic Relief to raise money and change lives in Africa and the UK.
Since then it has grown in influence and now funds many thousands of projects around the world.
