THE VOICE UK viewers took to social media to blast judge Gavin Rossdale after he performed live during last night's show, leaving fans wondering if he had actually just been pretending to play the guitar.

Fans of the ITV singing competition were less than pleased with Gavin's performance after he took to the stage with his band Bush to perform new track Mad Love.
Many took to Twitter to criticise the performance, with quite a few picking up on the fact that it didn't look like the guitar he was playing was actually plugged in.
"Is Gavin Rossdale's guitar even plugged in?" one viewer asked, while another blasted: "Gavin is clearly not playing that guitar!"
Fans of The Voice seemed to be underwhelmed by the performance in general, and the 51-year-old coach, who recently revealed he's been texting Tiger Woods' ex-wife, faced a barrage of criticism.

Several viewers slammed the delivery of his lyrics, even quipping that it seemed like he had just made them up on stage.
"I tried to give Gavin a chance but nah," a Twitter user commented, before adding: "That wasn't good at all. Sorry!"
Another said: "The only think enjoyable about watching #thevoiceuk was seeing Jennifer Hudson trying to pretend she enjoyed Gavin Rossdale's performance."
One was slightly kinder, saying: "Gavin Rossdale I do actually really like your band's song but wish you had the lead plugged into your guitar."

Sir Tom Jones was among the fans that praised the performance
Some Bush fans piped up with positive feedback on the new track, however.
"Gavin is just so gorg. Brill performance too!" said one viewer.
Another said: "just fell in love with @bushofficial all over again! @GavinRossdale what a front man."
Fellow judge Sir Tom Jones certainly looked to be enjoying the performance as he was shown nodding along enthusiastically and will.i.am could be seen air drumming in time to the beat.
Sir Tom later took to Twitter to say: "What a rockin' performance from @GavinRossdale and @bushofficial! Great song guys #MadLove."
