The 49-year-old was not pleased after she was left drenched in water as she sat on the Good Morning Britain sofa with co-host Charlotte Hawkins.
“I look like I’ve wet myself!” she exclaimed in disdain to Charlotte, 41, and Andi Peters.
She added: “You created a huge incident here!”
The comical moment happened after Andi, 46, presented both women with big bouquet of red roses each for Valentine’s Day as they hosted the show.
However, it was clear that the flowers had been sitting in water shortly before they were given to Kate and Charlotte because they were dripping onto the presenting duo.
Charlotte was seen wiping the water off her legs while Kate grimaced at the whole situation. Andi, on the other hand, found the whole incident hilarious and was left in stitches.
This is not the first time Kate has suffered a wardrobe malfunction, last year she flashed her knickers as the nation after Ben Shephard tried to dunk her in an ice bath.

Today’s episode of the ITV show had a romantic theme running through it and earlier on Kate was left blushing when co-star Sean Fletcher flirted with her.
Sean, 42, quipped: “I would spend the next two hours wooing you but Mrs Fletcher’s watching," but his words left Kate looking a little awkward.
However, Kate later deflected the Valentine’s Day attention away from her after she spilled the beans on Susanna Reid’s romantic plans.

During the showbiz segment with entertainment editor Richard Arnold, Kate revealed that Susanna, 46, had been considering on going on a date with a Hollywood star Idris Elba.
“Even Susanna seemed tempted, didn’t she? “ Kate told Richard, 47, and Charlotte as they discussed the 44-year-old Luther star auctioning himself up for a Valentine’s date to raise money for girls’ education in Africa.
Kate was referring to the time Susanna broke co-presenter Piers Morgan’s heart last month after she said that she might be entering the fundraising competition to spend a romantic evening with Idris.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV at 6am.
