EastEnders spoiler: Lee Carter’s Albert Square exit REVEALED by Shirley
EASTENDERS' exit storyline for Lee Carter may have just been revealed during tonight's dramatic episode.
EastEnders: Lee slaps Whitey during furious row
Following the aftermath of Lee (played by Danny-Boy Hatchard) and Whitney's bust-up on Friday night, Whitney told her husband to pack his bags and stay at the Queen Vic.
However, once at the Vic, his father Mick (Danny Dyer) soon pushed for the reason behind their argument.
Horrified to discover that his son had raised his fists to Whitney "for a dig", Mick forced Lee back out onto the streets.
By this time, Whitney (Shona McGarty) had professed her love for Lee to friend Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa) and allowed him to return home.

Adding a twist to the soap plot, Shirley (Linda Henry) advised Mick to persuade Lee to break free from Whitney and depart Walford.
Encouraging Mick to intervene due to the unhealthy situation, not knowing about the hospital kiss between Mick and Whitney, she convinced him to speak to Lee.
Suggesting he walks away from Albert Square and Whitney in order to privately sort out all of his personal demons, could this be the way the character will leave the soap?
Will Lee follow his father’s guidance or continue to resolve his marital issues in Walford?

It comes as Michelle Fowler's new younger love interest was finally been revealed as new Albert Square resident Nathan (Jamie Knox).
Blown out by her old crush Kelvin Carpenter while waiting for him at the bar, Michelle (Jenna Russell) flirted with the new character who is "half her age".
While soap bosses are remaining tight-lipped about the upcoming storyline, they promised Michelle will be left with a spring in her step. Could Nathan be the new wrecking ball to hit the BBC soap?
EastEnders continues tomorrow night on BBC One at 7.30pm.
