Spies fans in hysterics as wannabe spook makes embarrassing train station blunder
VIEWERS of new Channel 4 show Spies were left in fits of giggles tonight as one of the wannabe spooks sensationally failed one of the simplest tasks.
This week’s episode saw the remaining candidates given a covert operation to pass a USB stick to another agent at King’s Cross station.
One of the candidates, Andrew, was seen in a previously recorded clip, discussing his various academic achievements.
The 26-year-old Croupier talked about how he had done very well in his A-Levels, which saw him achieve one of the highest maths scores in the country.
He said: “I don’t like calling myself smart but other people have that opinion of me.”

Moments later Andrew was seen walking into the wrong train station on a covert mission

However, in an spectacular case of pride comes before a fall, Andrew started the mission by walking into St Pancras instead of Kings Cross.
Realising his embarrassing mistake, he walked out and told Control that he had walked into “St Pancreas” station.
The moment was enjoyed by those at home who took to Twitter to discuss Andrew’s fail.
Spies fans on Twitter found the whole debacle very amusing
Andrew realised quickly he was in St Pancras but it was already too late
One social media user said: “Brilliant Andrew, St Pancras rather than Kings Cross!! #spies
Another added: “#Spies not so smart after all (sic) wrong station probably wrong city.”
