Strictly Come Dancing 2016: Karen Hardy tells Zoe Ball to sit down after dance move fail
ZOE BALL was left embarrassed on Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two tonight after she was told to sit down by Karen Hardy.
"Good Lord no!" Karen Hardy knocks Zoe Ball's dancing
Zoe, who presents the BBC Two spin-off show, was asked by Karen to help her show audiences a brand new festive dance move.
Standing up and walking towards the camera, Karen said: "Zoe I think you need to get up and join me in this. Come and assume the position!"
Reluctantly Zoe stood up and walked gingerly towards her choreography teacher guest.
Karen began to turn Zoe around and told her to bend her knees, take her pelvis backwards and put her arms up.
Karen Hardy tried and failed to get Zoe Ball to perform a Christmas dance move
Zoe began gyrating back and forth looking visibly uncomfortable
Oh good Lord no!
The 46-year-old presenter, who came third when she competed on the hit dancing show in 2005, looked visibly uncomfortable as she realised she'd done the dance before.
Zoe cried: "Oh no are we doing that one?!"
The mother-of-two then began gyrating her pelvis awkwardly back and forth with a strained expression on her face.
Evidently unimpressed with her co-dancer's moves, Karen exclaimed: "Oh good Lord no! Let me show you!"
Karen eventually told the presenter to sit down while she danced to a round of applause
Karen then pushed Zoe gently towards the sofa before shaking her stuff to a round of applause from the studio audience.
The former Strictly professional later explained: "That is the Christmas move of all mince pies- you've got to be able to do that!"
Strictly Come Dancing continues next Saturday at 6.50pm on BBC One.
