The presenter admitted that she "would love" to have a baby with her spouse, 37, as she's aware her biological clock is ticking.
Speaking on the ITV show, the 37-year-old, who wed the former footballer in December 2015, said she already felt like a mother thanks to her two step-daughters.
When asked if motherhood was on the cards, Christine commented: "I'm 37 but in my head I'm 23/24. Of course you have to get your head around that biologically, you can't have babies forever."
The beauty continued: "I certainly would love to have children. I think with Frank having two little girls, I've got a strange sense of motherhood without being a mummy.

"There are no grandchildren in my family at all, so I know my mum and dad would secretly love it. They'd never put pressure on us but I know they'd secretly adore it."
During the discussion with Martine McCutcheon, Gloria Hunniford and Linda Robson, the Irish star also said she wouldn't rule out some outside help.
Christine went on: "I would probably [have IVF]. I have very close friends that have gone down that road and I know it can be incredibly difficult, you go through various rounds and they don't work.
