The film, a spin-off from the Harry Potter franchise, had its star-studded London premiere last night, with Richard Arnold speaking to Rowling on the glittering red carpet.
However, as the morning news show cut back to the studio, Piers, 51, couldn't resist having a swipe at the writer's latest big screen spectacle.
