Strictly Come Dancing thrashes X Factor by FOUR MILLION yet again in the ratings war
STRICTLY COME DANCING had a peak of four million more viewers than The X Factor last night as the BBC show beat its ITV rival for the fifth week in a row.

The hit BBC dancing programme was watched by an average of 9.7 million viewers with a peak of 10.7 million.
Over on ITV, Simon Cowell's singing contest was watched by an average of 5.5 million with a peak of 6.7 million viewers tuning in.
The X Factor had an audience share of 27 per cent and Strictly had 46.2 per cent, a majority of UK viewers.
Last night's X Factor was full of controversy as rapper Honey G took to the stage to perform her own rendition of Kriss Kross' Jump.

On the BBC, Louise Redknapp and her partner Kevin Clifton took a risk by performing the first Argentine tango of the series but were handsomely rewarded, scoring three 10s and a nine.
At the bottom of the table, Ed Balls and his partner Katya Jones scored 27 points after dancing a Laurel and Hardy-themed quickstep.

Despite coming last yet again, Ed's performance was praised by the four judges.
Craig Revel Horwood told the former politician: "I can't believe I'm actually saying this - you are actually improving."
Strictly Come Dancing continues tonight at 7.15pm on BBC One.
While The X factor continues tonight at 8pm on ITV.
