EMMERDALE fans have been gripped to the soap this week as they wait to find out which favourite will be killed off as part of No Return Week.

But there is one character who viewers do not want to see dead.
Fan favourite Aaron Dingle was last seen on the edge of a lake after he was dragged out by his boyfriend Robert and paramedics tried to resuscitate him.
With his life hanging in the balance, fans have warned soap bosses that they will boycott the show if he is the one to die.
Many took to social media to express their distress and demand that he survives the the horror crash.

Another tweeted: "Really don’t want Aaron to die in #emmerdale! But I'm already preparing myself for that heartbreak, #robron if he does, never watching again!"
"Emmerdale tonight though. Never fumed so much at a cliff hanger. I swear if they kill Aaron... I love him & Robert together @emmerdale," a third wrote.
Another added: "I swear to God if they kill Aaron off Emmerdale I will never watch it again! @DannyBMiller."
Just moments before their car crashed into the lake, Robert proposed to Aaron and fans are desperate to see the have their happy ending.

Speaking about the support the couple have from viewers, Danny Miller, who plays Aaron, said: "Most fans are young girls and boys, which makes it unusual that they’d be interested in a gay couple that’s been through the wars.
"It’s fascinating, it’s overwhelming people have supported the couple as they have.
"I think they’re the underdogs. Everyone’s rooting for them as well. But as they’ve been through so much it would be nice to see them have a happy ending."
