The X Factor 2016: Freddy Parker is the second act to be voted off in week two
THE X FACTOR waved goodbye to Freddy Parker during tonight's live episode.
Freddy Parker is voted out of The X Factor
Freddy Parker, Ryan Lawrie, and Saara Aalto found themselves in the bottom three of the public vote, before five free lifeline votes through the app were launched.
Host Dermot O'Leary announced that the three acts with the lowest votes will battle it out for the lifeline saving vote.
The person saved by the app vote was Ryan, leaving Freddy and Saara in the final sing off.
With the lowest votes, the pair each sang again, with Freddy performing Rihanna's Stay, and Saara performing Snow Patrol's Light Up.

Saara Aalto was saved as Simon Cowell sent the vote to Deadlock
Having the deciding vote, Simon Cowell said: "I've got to be honest with you. Last week was not a sing off. Saara, always amazing. Freddy, I don't know what happened to you tonight, maybe it was choosing your own songs, but you were like a different person," before opting to send home Saara.
The judges chose to send the vote to Deadlock, resulting in 18-year-old Freddy departing from the programme.
Freddy said he was "so devastated" to go as he didn't want his X Factor experience to end, but said he was "so grateful" for the opportunity.
Simon was a happy judge after his entire girls category made it through to week three of the singing competition.
