What time is Crystal Maze on tonight? How to get tickets for Crystal Maze London
CRYSTAL Maze returns to screens tonight after a 21 year break, and fans of the 90s game show can join in with live experiences in London and Manchester.
The Crystal Maze returns for charity celebrity special
The cult show has been rebooted for a one-off celebrity edition in aid of Stand Up To Cancer.
Comedian Stephen Merchant has taken over hosting duties from original presenter Richard O’Brien, who has recorded a small cameo appearance.
Merchant, who co-wrote The Office with Ricky Gervais, has gone all out for the special – shaving his head and copying O’Brien’s iconic style.
Fortune-teller Mumsey will also make a comeback played by actress Maureen Lipman, who replaces Sandra Caron.
The special was filmed at the recently-opened Crystal Maze interactive experience in London, which allows fans to try out the challenges for themselves.

Will there be a full series of Crystal Maze?
The creative team behind the special have said that they “would love” to make a full series.
Peter Usher, the show’s creative director, said: "If we can deliver the show we have the ambition to deliver and an audience loves it, we would love to look at making a series and we hope the channel would be excited about that.”
But producers might be forced to find a new presenter as Merchant has said that his appearance is strictly a “one-off”.
"We haven't discussed it being a series, but for me personally that would be tough," he said during a Facebook Live event.
"Because then I'd have to do it all the time, and I'm not sure I'm equipped to be a game show host. I don't think I have that skill set."
"This was really fun to do, I think I've done quite a good job, you can be the judge of that, but for now this is a one-off edition.”
