Loose Women viewers in uproar as June Sarpong defends Keith Vaz in VERY heated debate
LOOSE WOMEN viewers were not happy with panellist June Sarpong today as she defended Labour MP Keith Vaz, who stepped down as chairman of the Home Affairs Select Committee this week.

June came to blows with the rest of the panel - which also consisted of Jane Moore, Stacey Solomon and Andrea McLean - as she said that Mr Vaz, who is reported to have paid for the services of two male prostitutes, has been treated "terribly".
Admitting that she's known Mr Vaz for a "very long time", June said: "The way he's been treated has been terrible, the story wasn't in the public interest. He's also been in favour of how we deal with prostitutes. In 2016 we shouldn't be outing anybody."
Andrea then pointed out that surely he was being "hypocritical" because he has a family, but June failed to see her point.
Stacey and Jane also both insisted that he should be behaving in a certain way as a politician, but June said that "not everybody is strong enough to be totally open about their life".

Things got pretty heated on the panel
Not only did June's opinions not go down too well with the rest of the panel, but viewers at home were also up in arms.
One person posted on Twitter: "@loosewomen who is this crazy woman defending Vaz? Her argument is invalid. No politician should use escorts, cocaine and CHARITY MONEY."
"@loosewomen tell June to pipe down her high pitched voice is drowning out others views...not everyones view is the same let others speak!" a second added.
A third wrote: "So June Sarpong thinks it's ok for an MP to do drugs and hire male prostitutes in a flat paid for by public money. Slow clap #LooseWomen."

A different person simply asked: "#loosewomen Is June Sarpong for real?"
Loose Women continues weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.
