With David (Jack P Shepherd) now facing the task of arranging her funeral, fans of the ITV soap were desperate to find out if Kylie's sister Becky will be making a return.
However, Katherine Kelly, who plays Becky, issued viewers another blow when she revealed she wouldn't be saying goodbye to her sister.
The actress, who left the soap in 2012 explained why she would not be returning.
Taking to social media, she tweeted: "Corrie fans! Filmin "Class" in Cardiff. Bex won't be at Kylie's funeral. But thanx for all the love. Hasn't @lane_paula been FAB! #loveher."

The actress confirmed the news on her Twitter account yesterday
Kylie was killed off after she rushed to the defence of her friend Gemma Winter (Dolly-Rose Campbell).
The mother-of-two had been to the Rovers Return to buy bottle of Champagne to celebrate her move to Barbados with her family.
But when she saw Gemma in trouble she rushed to help and ended up in a scuffle with Clayton, who went for her with a knife.
Fans were devastated as she stumbled into David's arms and told him she didn't want to die.
