The Countryfile star, 32, was chatting about the European Aquatics Championships in London - which she presents for the BBC - when the Channel 4 host made an almighty geography blunder.
While discussing which countries were good in the pool, the 48-year-old suggested China, which of course is in Asia.

Helen, who was joined on the programme by Johnny Vegas, Corinne Bailey Rae and Sara Pascoe, later tweeted to say she was having a great time.
She informed her 94,000 followers: "Having a lovely morning @SundayBrunchC4 mouth watering food! Thanks for having me xx."

A chopping board was also set alight on the programme
Chef Jimmy Garcia was giving the public tips on cooking al fresco this summer when his wooden chopping board caught on fire.
One person took to Twitter to write: "Was waiting for that chopping board to catch lol #SundayBrunch."
Another two posts read: "@SundayBrunchC4 love the chopping board on fire #hotstuff #SundayBrunch #bbq," and: "Chopping board's on fire!"
Sunday Brunch continues next weekend at 9.30am on Channel 4.
