It comes as his behaviour spirals out of control after he received the news that Tony died from a heart attack.
The builder has already lashed out at Tony's former flame Liz McDonald, Eva Price and Aidan Conner but now it seems he will turn on Eileen.
As the funeral approaches, Jason is suddenly full of bitterness over past animosity in the family and advises his mum she should stay away from the ceremony.
Eileen is shocked by her son's behaviour but is insistent that she should be allowed to say her own goodbyes.

As she arrives at the church, Jason is giving the eulogy and is furious when he spots his mother arrive.
Eventually Eileen leaves the church as vicar Billy Mayhew struggles to calm Jason down.
But the pair later have a heart-to-heart by Tony's grave and the reality of his death slowly sinks in.

Speaking about his reaction to his father's passing, Ryan Thomas, who plays Jason told Radio Times: "He may find it hard to come back from this.
"Tony was an important person in Jason’s life - he loved his dad dearly and he's missed him not being around."
