Everyones loved up Coronation Street this Christmas
The romantic news was revealed for the first time when This Morning’s Sharon Marshall grilled the soap stars about what viewers could expect over the festive period.
The cobbles get a very snowy makeover thanks to Tyrone Dobbs, portrayed by Alan Halsall, who brings Lapland to Weatherfield on behalf of his sick daughter Hope.
During the forthcoming heart-warming scenes, he pops the question to Fiz Brown (Jennie McAlpine), but will she say yes?
Dressed in a festive knit, Alan told Sharon: "It’s a very very romantic setting as you can see, so Tyrone does the right thing and gets down on one knee."

After being reminded that it is the second time he's tried to make an honest woman out of her, he revealed that his on-screen girlfriend had completely forgot about his first attempt.
"I’m glad you remembered because actually Jennie forgot," Alan laughed, before adding: "How can you forget I rode a white horse up and down the cobbles?"
The pair won't be alone, as Tracy Barlow will also be asked the all-important question.
Tracy will also get an offer of marriage from Robert

However the troublesome character, played by Kate Ford, is left torn between her two Robs after visiting Rob Donovan in prison.
Speaking about the story lines, Les Dennis admitted: "There won’t be a dry eye in the house. I think everybody will be watching and loving it. It’s so moving."
