X Factor finalists Reggie ’N’ Bollie face Twitter backlash in run up to finale
THE X FACTOR contestants Reggie ’N’ Bollie have made it into next weekend’s finale, but not all viewers are singing the twosome’s praises.
Reggie 'N Bollie have found a fan in their mentor Cheryl who has high hopes they will win
Fans have taken to Twitter to slam the double act, comparing them to laughable pop star wannabes such as the Cheeky Girls.
Last night saw Lauren Murray booted off in a teary showdown with Che Chesterman, while Reggie 'N' Bollie watched from the wings.
The duo were saved by the public after singing the Black Eyed Peas’ I’ve Gotta a Feeling, and Reel 2 Reals’ old school chart buster I like to Move it, Move it.
Their lively performances have proved to be a hit with audiences week after week, but they haven’t struck a chord with everyone.

Reggie 'N' Bollie have made it through to The X Factor final
One user tweeted: “It's meant to be a singing competition [not] an entertainment show@ReggieNBollie #XFactor."
While another criticised the pair’s vocal talents: “When it comes to singing, they can't sooooooooo y u all lying for giving them hope @ReggieNBollie #XFactor.”
“Are Reggie N Bollie not the cheeky girls #XFactor", an amused Tweeter stated.
This double act have a huge fan base but not everyone believes they deserve a spot in the finale
Mentor Cheryl Fernandez Versini is rooting for the pair and hopes they will win next weekend
But with mentor Cheryl in their corner and a throng of celebrity fans behind them, the boys seem like they can do no wrong.
Last year’s runner-up Fleur East, 28, whose song Sax is taking the charts by storm, has even said she would like to sing with them.
She told Digital Spy: "It's just a little fantasy of mine. But next time I see them I'll put it out there.
“I've met them a couple of times and they're just lovely. You can tell they're just so grateful to be there. I'd love to see them get to the final."
Louisa is currently the firm favourite for gold, but Reggie 'N' Bollie have become national treasures since controversially making it to the live shows.
Che remains an outsider after landing in the bottom two for a second time.
The X Factor concludes next Saturday and Sunday on ITV.
