The 66-year-old revealed in her post-eviction interview why she exited from the show.
Speaking from her hotel room, she said: "The truth was I had been under medical supervision."
"The jungle part I actually really enjoyed," she explained but admitted she still enjoyed her luxuries: "It feels absolutely wonderful to be in civilisation."
Reflecting on why she was one of the first people to voted to do a Bushtucker trial, she said: "I was obviously the grandest person in the camp."

However, Lady C hinted that it was more than just medical reasons that led her to leave.
"After it was apparent that I was getting all the attention and that created tremendous tension. It became increasingly difficult.
"I think there were so many arguments that Duncan and Tony had taken the decision to shut me up, run me down, run me out of the camp.
"There is no prospect of having Tony or Dinan in my life in any shape or form. They've earned my disregard, they're going to have to live with it."

But it wasn't all bad as Lady C admitted that "Kieron and Chris were wonderfully supportive".
It was revealed earlier today that she had left the series with the official line being "medical grounds".
However, the eccentric socialite's agent today spoke out, saying that there were other reasons why she decided to quit.
Despite leaving the show for health reasons, her agent Mike Hollingsworth suggested that there were other factors that led to her decision to leave.

"The official statement is she's left due to a medical condition," he told This Morning today in a phone interview.
He continued: "I know that she suffered a fall in the jungle camp and because of that viewers will have seen that she has been using a special chair to sit on for a little while, and that has clearly gotten worse.
"I have spoken to her and she is sad to be out. I think the medical condition might have been exacerbated by a certain amount of bullying she has been receiving by two particular campmates."
However, a representative for Duncan dismissed suggestions of bullying, saying: "We have every confidence in ITV’s editorial judgements. We expect that viewers will have seen a fair and balanced portrayal of events and we all look forward to hearing Duncan and Tony’s side of the story when they leave the camp, just as we heard Yvette [Fielding] in her post eviction interviews."
The latest series of I'm A Celeb is set to come to an end this Sunday when the king or queen of the jungle will be crowned king or queen of the jungle.
I'm A Celebrity continues on ITV1 tomorrow night at 8.30pm
