The 37-year-old will present the show while Man V. Food star Adam Richman will judge alongside British chef and restaurateur Mark Blatchford.
Celebrating the announcement on Twitter today, Myleene shared a photo of herself enjoying a sausage.
Alongside the sizzling snap, the mother-of-two wrote: "Soooooooo excited to announce my new show! #BBQCHAMP @BBQTVSHOW @ITV #primetime."
Due to air in the summer, BBQ Champ will pit fellow enthusiast against each other to be crowned king or queen of the grill.

From creating mouth watering BBQ masterpieces to reinventing culinary classics for the coals and catering for the masses, each contestant will have to try their best to win Adam and Mark’s approval.
And like any great British BBQ, they’ll have to contend with the great British weather as well the judges, as one contender will be sent home every week – with a cash prize of £25,000 for the winning barbecuer.
Speaking of the five part series, Myleene said: "I am beyond excited to be hosting BBQ Champ.

She added: "It’s no secret that I'm partial to a good burger, so to be able to see culinary magic happening as well as get to sample it in situ is my absolute dream job."
Judge Mark – who honed his skills at Claridges before launching restaurants around the world – said: "It is without doubt the tastiest, most versatile and yet most natural cooking method there is.
"To be part of the BBQ judging team alongside Adam Richman is brilliant and I can't wait to get stuck in to see what the competitors can do."
