Bradley and Barney Walsh have a go at making cocktails

Bradley Walsh is left red-faced after being cheekily asked 'do you know what you're doing' by a guest on his ITV show this Friday.

Bradley, 65, and Barney, 28, are back on the road once again in their hugely popular series Breaking Dad, as they head down under for a spectacular Australian adventure in the seventh season of their much-loved ITV programme.

In this week's episode, the duo's Australian escapade continues as they venture into the outback, where they encounter a group of local farmers and lend a hand mustering cattle.

The pair then make a pit stop at a local bar, where they find themselves taking part in a pub quiz. The following day brings a competitive edge as father and son go head to head in a lawnmower race.

Bradley and Barney's journey then takes them back towards the coast and the stunning Whitsundays, where an adventure aboard a superyacht awaits. However, in true show fashion, the boys won't be putting their feet up, as they're expected to pull their weight onboard.

In an exclusive first look clip from this Friday's episode, the pair are thrown into a Below Deck-style cocktail-making challenge, tasked with whipping up drinks for the superyacht's passengers.

Bradley is charged with crafting a margarita while Barney is asked to produce a piña colada. Bradley's mixology efforts don't quite go to plan, however, as he pours Cointreau straight into the glass rather than the cocktail shaker.

Clocking his own mistake, he quips: "I should have done it in this but don't worry!" Yet the superyacht's guests are left uneasy as one passenger squeals: "Does he know what he's doing?" before another chips in with guidance, asking: "Do you need to put the Cointreau in there to shake it?"

To which Bradley insists: "I don't really because it's best if you have the Cointreau sitting at the bottom of the glass. That's the way the pros do it!"

Having mixed his concoction, Bradley subjects it to a taste test, exclaiming: "Wow! I tell you what, you can run this boat on that!"

Meanwhile, Barney produces the perfect piña colada, prompting a superyacht guest to gush: "Oh my goodness Barney, you are amazing!"

Keen for feedback, Bradley enquires: "Out of ten, would you say the piña colada?" to which the delighted guest exclaims: "I give it 12 out of 10!"

A crestfallen Bradley then asks: "And the margarita?" with the remaining passengers bluntly admitting: "Three!" prompting Barney to jest: "Unlucky!"

Yet despite coming off worse in the cocktail-making contest, Bradley wastes no time in grabbing a piña colada to sample for himself, declaring: "Cheers to you all!"

The passengers landed with the margaritas promptly set their glasses back down on the bar, with Barney quipping: "Yeah, you best stay clear of that if I was you!"

Breaking Dad airs on Fridays at 7:30PM on ITV1, ITVX, STV and STV Player
