Strictly Come Dancing bosses tipped to sign up MP as they 'swap politics for Paso Doble'
With Strictly Come Dancing set to return to screens in a few months, rumours have been circulating on which celebrities will be taking part in the 2024 series.

With the glittering return of Strictly Come Dancing on the horizon, speculation is mounting over which stars will shimmy onto our screens for the BBC's flagship dance extravaganza.
The rumour mill is in full swing with names like Helen Worth, Roman Kemp, and Hannah Waddingham being tossed into the mix as potential contestants.
Yet, it appears that MP Nadine Dorries might be the one to watch, as her chances of gracing the Strictly stage have been given a boost by bookmakers Ladbrokes, who've slashed her odds to a tantalising 5/1.
Jessica O'Reilly of Ladbrokes quipped: "Nadine's certainly not afraid of reality TV shows and we reckon she could soon be swapping politics for the paso doble."
Dorries, a seasoned veteran of reality TV thanks to her stint in ITV's jungle challenge 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! back in 2014, has previously hinted at a desire to dive into more reality ventures.
In a candid chat with Total Politics magazine, she expressed her enthusiasm: "I definitely would do more reality stuff. My constituents absolutely love it, because they've got someone of their own, who they see in Tesco, on there... I'd love to do Strictly Come Dancing - who knows? ", reports the Mirror.
While the full line-up remains under wraps, fans can look forward to the return of professional dancer Aljaz Skorjanec, who after a two-year hiatus, will be sashaying back into the ballroom for Strictly's landmark 20th season.
Speaking about his comeback, he expressed: "I could not be more ecstatic to be back with the Strictly family!
"This year is such a special one for this legendary show, I can't wait to be a part of it and make my return to the dance floor."
