Popular TV chef Jamie Oliver is set to spice up the schedule on Channel 4 with two brand-new food programmes.

Despite dividing opinion with his recent air fryer-focused series, the celebrity chef, aged 49, has been snapped up by the network for a couple of fresh culinary ventures.

According to The Sun's TVBiz column, Jamie will be dishing out budget-friendly recipes in Jamie's Money Saving Meals, aiming to help viewers whip up delicious dishes without breaking the bank.

He's also gearing up to take us on a gastronomic journey in Jamie Cooks Georgia, where he'll delve into the rich flavours and traditions of the southern US state's cuisine.

A source revealed to the publication: "Bagging these two shows sees Jamie still going strong as a television chef - and they couldn't have come at a more momentous time."

Celebrating a remarkable 25-year run since his debut on The Naked Chef in 1999, Jamie continues to prove his enduring appeal and connection with audiences.

His commitment to the small screen remains unshaken, even as some viewers voiced their scepticism over his multi-air fryer methods in the recent series.

The source remarked: "It's hard to believe that after a quarter of a century, he's still enjoying making cookery shows and enjoying a huge following."

"That's despite the fact that he did get a few digs over his air fryer series which aired last month."

Jamie Oliver has been busy cooking up a storm in Georgia for his latest show, where he's been spotted immersing himself in the local culinary scene.

He's been engaging with "local artisans", whipping up traditional Georgian recipes, and delving into the region's distinctive food culture.

The celebrity chef plans to premiere the show on his social media platforms before it makes its way to Channel 4 "within months".

Meanwhile, the paper also reports that fans can look forward to Jamie's Money Saving Meals hitting UK screens later in the year.
