Britain's Got Talent viewers fume 'what am I watching?' as act sparks backlash
The first semi-final of Britain's Got Talent kicked off with Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli looking for this year's winner.
BGT: Bikoon performs in semi-final
As the first semi-final of Britain's Got Talent aired on Monday night on ITV1, viewers fumed at contestant Bikoon who guided somebody in a bag around the stage.
The person in the bag was later revealed to be a little boy, and it seemed like the judges weren't happy either as Bruno Tonioli, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden all pressed their buzzer for it to stop.
Viewers flocked to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their unhappy reactions as one person fumed: "That was five minutes of my life I can never get back now. #BGT."
Another person wrote: "#BGT How on earth did this Bakooni rubbish get through! Are they paying that audience to cheer."
Somebody else expressed: "Really really this made it to semi finals and is on first live show omg. magic bag get back in the bin!!!!!! #BGT." (sic)
