Simon Cowell pulled over by cops in hysterical Ant and Dec Saturday Night Takeaway prank
ITV viewers are set to see Britain's Got Talent judge Simon Cowell become the first celebrity victim of Ant and Dec's hilarious ‘Undercover' segment.
Saturday Night Takeaway: Pranking Simon Cowell undercover
The Geordie duo Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly are back this weekend for the 20th series of their popular ITV show. During the episode, viewers will see Simon Cowell get pranked from his home in America.
In a preview clip of what to expect during their Undercover segment, the Britain’s Got Talent judge can be seen leaving his house on a bike. Unaware he’s being filmed, Ant and Dec are hiding in a trailer watching him on monitors.
Worried over how the prank could go, Dec says: “I’m sweating, I'm so nervous.” As they wait patiently for Simon to appear on the main road, Dec taps away on the desk, anxious over what’s to come.
As he appears around the corner the prank is in full motion when Ant tells one of the actors, who is dressed as an American cop, to stand by. Once Simon rides past him, the ITV host quickly instructs: “Start tailing him now!”
Although it’s not just the person following him that is involved as there’s another actor further down the road who is part of it all. Ant yells; “Pull him over Jason! Pull him over.”
Following their instructions, the actor blows a loud whistle, prompting Simon to stop riding his bike.
As a confused-looking Simon approaches the man telling him to pull over, Ant and Dec could be seen laughing in the trailer.
Speaking about the upcoming episode, Dec said: “We are ending the Undercovers where we started… with Simon Cowell! Our first ever Undercover was on Simon in LA when he was a judge on American Idol.
“So we've gone back and got Simon Cowell again. We went out to LA and gave him the day from hell whilst he was judging on America's Got Talent.”

Ant added: “It was even sweeter getting him the second time around because we also got him during his downtime as he’s riding his bike around Malibu, it’s very, very funny!”
Although it looks as though Simon isn’t the only star set to fall victim to Ant and Dec during their last season of Saturday Night Takeaway.
Lorraine Kelly told viewers on her show that the duo also pulled a prank on her as she said the whole ordeal was hilarious.
Not wanting to give too much away, she teased people in a department store who probably thought she was mad after the prank.
Throughout the years, Ant and Dec have pranked the likes of Jeremy Clarkson, Alison Hammond, Rylan Clark and Amanda Holden.
Along with Simon being pranked in the first episode of their last season, people can expect to see Stephen Merchant on the show as the guest announcer.
